How Much Do You Love Archery?

Do you LOVE archery as much as I do? That’s a tough question to answer isn’t it?

“You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”

How do you measure love anyway? Dr. Seuss was probably referring to the reality of being in love with a person. But what about the reality of a sleepless night before an archery tournament? Or the night before bow season opens? Those are two pretty fantastic realities. 

What about the reality of longing for the perfect bow and finally saving up enough money to get it? 

Or perfecting the perfect positioning of feathers on a homemade arrow with a Bitzenburger™ jig? Even better if you WON that jig in a contest, right?

I just wish my friends understood that I love archery as much as they love drinking orange juice after they brush their teeth. -Wyatt M (EWWWW, not sure that is about love as much as it is a punishment)

Just as much as they love their phones! – David B (hard to compete with the digital age)
